The Feint, Side Step and Roll Off

The feint is employed in Gaelic Football to gain advantage against a defender by “feinting” a solo.

The sidestep is exactly what it says it is. By moving the ball in your hands right when moving left you can side step around an opponent.

The roll off is the most technical of the skills. Steeping close into the body of the opposing player then pivoting and spinning in the opposite direction allows you to “roll off” the other player and move forward.
