Hand Pass

the hand pass is instrumental in Gaelic Football. Used extensively and one of the most secure forms of passing the hand pass can is versitile and fast in both the short game and the long game. Passing short is usually with the open palm and should be an obvious stirke to the ball, not a push or throw. The long pass is more obvious. It tends to be a clenched fist and the ball is power from the wrist and knuckles with a “popping” striking motion.
